Installation of Google Calendar

Important!

If you don't have the Apple TV remote on your phone or iPad, you need to download it so you can copy the calendar link from your phone. If you don't have an Apple device, you need to download a compatible remote for an Apple TV.

Step 1

Open Google.com on a computer (does not work on mobile)

After logging in, go to Google apps in the top right corner

Open your calendar app

Step 3

Select the calendar you want to install by clicking the 3 dots to the right of your calendar name to open the settings for this calendar.

Step 4

Open settings and sharing

First, check "make calendar publicly available"

Select "See all events"

Then go to "Integrate calendar" on the left side

Step 6

You now need to copy the web address in "Public URL in iCal format"

This address must end in the .ics format, otherwise it will not work in the CalendarTV app

You now need to copy this address from your computer to your mobile phone. You can do this by sending it in an email that you can open on your phone, or by putting it in notes if you have a Macbook, where you can then open this note on your phone and copy the web address.
